My past experiences are strongly based in the call-center environment. I Started out as a Technical Support Representative troubleshooting Cisco-Linksys Networking Devices through Phone support for 2 years and got promoted as a Team Leader supervising 15 people in my team.

Upon further need to enhance my call-center career and experience, I later transitioned to Customer Service Representative with a Financial Institution catering to JP Morgan Chase Bank Card Services for One and a half year. 

 Since I got satisfied with my technical experience skill set and customer service skill set, I figured to acquire another skill set in Sales and Marketing Representative which I got from Xlibris Company. My Sales performance got me promoted four times in a just a very short period of time. I started as an Appointment Setter and got quickly promoted as a Lead Miner after just 2 weeks as opposed to the regular 3-month moving up cycle based on the promotion ladder. I only stayed 1 month as a Lead Miner and promoted again, skipping the third ladder position known as Key Specialist, to the forth ladder as a Marketing Consultant.

My drive to better my career later drove me to have a shot at a newly established call-center company. Landing in a key position would be just the best move to further my skills so I later move on to premier mentoring. However, my goal shifted to family life since I had been long gone and away from my family. 

With a BS degree in Commerce Major in Management Accountancy, I had utilize my full understanding and experience in the call center and my interest in the internet and computer devices, rather led me to become self-employed and making me an all-around expert as a Freelance Virtual Assistant and as Book Publicist with a track record of over 90 North American/Canadian Clients.

In my earlier years of employment, I was employed at (DBP) Development Bank of The Philippines under (COA) Commission on Audit. I also worked in a field job as a Sales Engineer with Daikin-Alenaire Airconditioning System and Volvo-Cummins Power Systems Generators.   It may also be worth to note that my forming years was being a part-time working student when I was still taking up my College Degree. At one point, I was Front Desk Hotel Attendant in Patio Palmeras Hotel and a Telephone Operator for a popular local fast-food chain Jollibee Foods.
